It was love at first sight… or should I say, love at first bite? 🙂 The moment I tasted Chimichurri at a restaurant, I was hooked. The vibrant colors, bold flavors, and the way it brought every bite to life—it was everything I didn’t know I was missing.
This, friends, is my love story with the famous Chimichurri sauce!
After that amazing restaurant experience, I just had to recreate it at home. And let me tell you—it was a huge success! Whether slathered on sandwiches, drizzled over steaks, or, my personal favorite, paired with spicy Jalapeño Empanadas, this Chimichurri sauce elevates every dish. I never make those empanadas without Chimichurri, and honestly, I never make Chimichurri without those empanadas!
